A space where every part of you is honored—your experiences, your struggles, and your strengths.

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you feel permission to explore and express anything that's coming up for you—no matter how small. You can count on me to listen deeply, to be curious, and sometimes to ask difficult questions. After all, we're not here to be comfortable...we're here to get to the heart of whatever's interfering with your ability to show up fully in your life!

A holistic approach.

In our medicalized culture, mental health diagnoses are often treated as forever conditions—trapping us in a victim mindset and perpetuating a state of dependency. However, I view our challenges as opportunities for deep transformation. I am dedicated to helping you discover the keys to your own growth. Together, we will explore your life from multiple perspectives, creatively experimenting with everything from dietary habits to sleep patterns and overall nutrition to support your healing.

I believe that healing begins when individuals feel seen for who they really are—in all of their complexities. Here are some themes I pay special attention to:

  • Attachment & Relationships

Many of us didn’t receive the emotional support we needed as children, whether it was due to caregivers who struggled with their own emotions, exposure to unresolved conflict, discouragement from expressing feelings, or lack of comfort when it was most needed. These formative experiences can profoundly affect our adult relationships, manifesting as low self-esteem, difficulty in trusting others, fear of rejection, or a tendency to self-sabotage. Such patterns often lead to forming unhealthy attachments, avoiding necessary conflicts, or an incessant need to prove your worth. Together, we'll work on healing your inner child, setting healthy boundaries, and reframing limiting patterns to embrace a more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling life.

  • Young Adulthood

The journey into young adulthood is filled with both exciting possibilities and daunting challenges. It's also the first time when many of us begin reflecting on our upbringings in a critical way. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety or feeling confused about your future, you don’t have to face these struggles alone. Let’s sit down and talk, exploring your concerns and finding clarity together. Let’s help you build the tools and confidence you need to navigate this pivotal time in your life with greater ease and self-assurance.

  • Parenting

Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding roles, but it can also come with significant challenges. Feeling overwhelmed at times is natural. In our work together, we can process everyday challenges and also delve deeper into how your own experiences growing up may be influencing your parenting style. Unresolved trauma can affect your ability to regulate your emotions and respond to your child's emotions, leading to fears of repeating harmful cycles or resulting in overcompensation—to name a few examples. By addressing these concerns, we’ll work to break unconscious cycles and help you feel your best as a confident, empowered parent.

  • Trauma & Intergenerational Healing

Trauma can manifest in many ways—some obvious, others less so. We might not always recognize how trauma reveals itself in our lives, especially if it seems "small", if our memories are unclear, or if it occurred in situations that seemed "normal." Yet every experience leaves a mark. Unresolved traumas and intergenerational patterns can emerge in adulthood as chronic anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, people-pleasing, or a pervasive sense of unworthiness. Together, we’ll gently explore your past, uncovering these wounds to help you find peace and cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling present. Healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a compassionate and supportive space.

  • I operate as a private pay practice and do not accept insurance. This approach allows for more flexibility and tailored care that meets your unique needs without the typical restrictions of insurance protocols. While I am not in-network with any insurance companies, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement under out-of-network benefits. To determine your eligibility for reimbursement, you may want to ask your provider the following questions:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What is my deductible for out-of-network services, and have I met it?

    • Are services by a licensed professional counselor or licensed mental health counselor covered?

    • What is my co-insurance rate for out-of-network care?

    • Is pre-approval required for out-of-network mental health services to receive reimbursement?

    • What percentage of my bill will be reimbursed if I have out-of-network benefits?

Additionally, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may be able to use these funds to cover therapy expenses. Please consult with your account provider for specific details.
