Noelle Crowell

I believe that true transformation begins with compassion, connection, and the courage to look within. My approach to therapy is deeply personal, rooted in the challenging work I’ve done to heal my inner child and break generational cycles of trauma. This journey taught me how interconnected our minds, bodies, and emotions truly are. I became a therapist to affirm for myself and for others that where we've been does not determine where we can go.

Over the course of my professional journey, I've noticed that many people in search of healing do not actually get better. So much of our Western approach to healthcare revolves around managing symptoms and I wanted to go deeper. I became curious about alternative approaches to healing and how early childhood experiences shape us. With time, I broadened my research to include other key factors such as nutrition, the impact of what we consume (including food, media, and environment), physical movement, and our relationship with nature. Through my own personal experience and work with clients, I’ve witnessed first-hand how addressing the whole person—rather than just the symptoms—creates lasting change.

Outside of my clinical practice, I’m a mother and a lifelong learner who finds peace in nature, whether I’m hiking, walking, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

Education & Training

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I have extensive experience and expertise in individual, group, and family therapy. I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing issues such as addiction, chronic illness, childhood & generational trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.

I also have specialized training as a perinatal mental health professional and work with clients who are navigating the complexities of parenting.

I’ve had the rewarding experience of teaching—both at the college level and in early childhood classrooms. These roles have deepened my understanding of human development and continue to enrich my therapeutic work.

Healing yourself is the most powerful thing you can do, not just for you, but for everyone who comes after you.
